The Standards program was the original heart and soul of ATG’s growth online: rather than stressing about lack of ability or limitations, using MEASURABLE TARGETS to fundamentally change how bulletproof your joint and spine areas are. Then the Dense Strength program provides a safer yet still powerful way to change strength - particularly in the muscles and tendons around our joints and spine: by MASTERING 10 sets in 10 minutes at a given difficulty and only increasing when that is achieved, rather than pushing too much difficulty too soon. The Zero program has been crucial for me and others to make gains WITHOUT a gym.
